Exchange Policy:

At Badalterang, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our exchange policy is straightforward and hassle-free:

  1. Pack Your Product: Please send the product(s) back to us in new condition within 5 days of receiving your order using any courier service of your choice. To ensure sustainability, we encourage you to re-use our flyer or any other sturdy shopping bag available at home. Avoid using courier flyers as they may incur additional charges.

  2. Include the Invoice: Write your exchange request on the back of the invoice. Be specific about the product you want to exchange it for.

  3. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange right away and send the new product back to you. If there are any uncertainties, one of our representatives will call you for clarification.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we strive to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible:

  1. Pack Your Product: Please send the product(s) back to us in new condition within 10 days of receiving your order using any courier service of your choice. To promote sustainability, we encourage you to re-use our flyer or any other good quality shopping bag available at home. Avoid using courier flyers as they may incur additional charges.

  2. Include the Invoice: Write your account details (for JazzCash or Easypaisa) on the back of the invoice.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund amount will be credited to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure the product(s) are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Badalterang is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
